Member Accounts

Do you have to pay to be a Wayne Anthony Member?

Absolutely not - there are no membership fees and no commitments -- you only pay for the items you buy during checkout.

How can I become a Member?

You can request membership at the Wayne Anthony home page any time.

How do I change a forgotten password?

To change your password, click on "My Account" in the top menu bar. Simply click Forgot Your Password? and enter the email address associated with your account then hit "Submit." You will receive a link to reset your password via email from Wayne Anthony.

How do I change my billing or shipping address?

You can change your address at any time by logging into "My Account" and going to the "My Dashboard" then "Manage Address" under address book. Enter a new address and hit "Save Address". You can also add a new billing address during the checkout process. We do not allow you to edit addresses on orders you have already placed, so if you entered the wrong shipping address information during checkout, just call us at (678) 000-00 before the item ships. If it hasn't shipped yet, we should be able to help you correct the address; if it has already shipped, you'll be able to contact the carrier - you can obtain a tracking number by visiting the My Orders section of the My Account page.

Can I have multiple shipping addresses on file?

Yes. You can add them during checkout, or you can manage addresses any time by simply clicking on "My Account" and going to "My Dashboard"

How do I update my payment information?

If you would like to add, change or delete payment information, simply go to "My Account" and then select the "Shipping&Payment" tab. You can update or add new payment information.

You may also update or add payment information during the checkout process.

How do I unsubscribe or subscribe to emails?

If you would like to change your email preferences, simply go to "My Account" and then select the "Newsletter Subscriptions" tab, where you can see and change your email preferences.


Inviting Friends and Earning Credit

How do I invite my friends?

We encourage you to share the Prep! Click on "Invite Friends" on the navigation bar to send your personal invitation. You will receive 150 points when your friend make there first purchase on Wayne Anthony! For every $1
spent, earn 1 Wayne Anthony Point! 10 Points = $1 in Preppe Credits.

How do I know if my friends join?

You'll receive an email from us whenever one of the friends you've invited responds to your invitation and becomes a member. You can also manage and view the status of your invitations by clicking into the "Invite Friends" tab in the "My Account" section.

How do I know if someone I've invited has made a purchase?

When your friend makes their first purchase you'll receive an email from Wayne Anthony confirming your 150-point credit, and you'll be able to see it on the "Reward Points" tab of your My Account page.

Wayne Anthony Points

Wayne Anthony Points are for one-time use and non-refundable. If you return an order, the Wayne Anthony Points you earned on that order will be deducted from your account when your return is processed. If you already spent the points earned on the returned order, the dollar value that corresponds to the used points will be deducted from your total refund.

How do I receive my $15 credit for referring a friend?

Once your referred friend makes their first purchase, we'll add the credit to your account automatically. Your credit balance appears on the top navigational bar next to “Invite Friends” or you can access it through the "Reward Points" tab under "My Account." See the Terms section for full details and conditions.

Does Wayne Anthony credits expire?

Referral credits expire after one year.

How Do I know how many points I’ve earned?

Once the order has been "completed", log back into your account and go to the "Reward Points" tab to view your earned points.

Ordering Questions

How do I pay for my Wayne Anthony purchase?

Wayne Anthony currently accepts credit card payment from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Any credits you may have earned will display in your cart, simply click "Apply" to use it towards your purchase.

When I put something in my shopping cart am I guaranteed I will receive the merchandise?

Unfortunately, items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified within 5 business days.

Credit card charges and credit holds

Credit cards are charged at the time the order ships. Therefore, your funds will not settle until your order is "complete."

When you use a debit card to pay for your order you initiate a "withdrawal" or transfer of funds from your account, and authorize the transaction amount.

If you check your account activity you will likely see the amount as a “pending” transaction. This is a temporary hold of the funds. The funds will be held until your order ships when they will settle and be deducted from your account.

If your order is cancelled this hold will be released once your bank has an updated list of transactions.

If you attempt to submit the same order more than once or the order ships the same day it was placed, you may see more than one authorization request. Note, you will not be charged twice, one request will settle and the other will be released.

Typically holds are released in 1-5 business days.


Promotions and Sales

Offers are only valid on products purchased between designated sale dates. Previously purchased product cannot be discounted.

Note, during promotional periods, order-processing times will be 4-5 business days.

Due to high demand and limited inventory, orders cannot be guaranteed until the items have shipped. From time to time an item or items from your order become out of stock after your purchase. If this is the case, we may have to cancel items from your order. We will notify you via email. You will not be charged for cancelled orders or items.

Buy one, get one free: For buy one get one free returns, you will receive a credit for a percentage of the purchase amount based on the purchased price and total discount amount.

Free product must be of equal or lesser value than of the purchased product. Codes or offers cannot be applied to orders placed prior to the designated effective date. Codes or offers are not combinable with other offers. We will accept one promotion per order.

Employee and extended discount participant offers are not combinable with other promotions.

Offers can be terminated at any time without notice.

We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity or promo usage on any order or cancel orders where a pricing error or abuse may have occurred.

e-Gift card

  • Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Treat your e-gift certificate as cash; if it is lost it is not replaceable.
  • Tax is not applicable on e-gift certificate purchases.
  • E-gift certificates will be sent to your recipient within 3-10 minutes of the purchase transaction.
  • Always check the spelling of your recipient's email before submitting.
  • The email sent to your recipient includes the e-gift certificate number and the PIN.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the e-gift certificate is delivered to your recipient.
  • If the value of your e-gift card does not cover the order total, the remaining balance must be paid using a valid form of payment.
  • If the value of your e-gift card exceeds the order total, the remaining balance will be available on your card for future use.
  • Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and are not redeemable for cash.
  • The e-gift card number will be emailed to the recipient 24 hours after purchase. It’s the responsibility of the recipient to keep the certificate number in a secure location.

Can I use my e-gift card online?

Yes. Our prepee e-gift card can only be used online. During the checkout process on the payment page, please type in your gift card number and click apply.

All credit card transactions on the Site are secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and reinforced through various encryption processes in order to provide the most effective protection possible for all sensitive payment information. Wayne Anthony do not access any confidential information about your means of payment, which is why you will be asked for your banking details each time you place an Order. Only Wayne Anthony and our banking partner, will access confidential information (such as your card number, validity date etc).
