Shipping & Handling

Wayne Anthony ships to the United States, Canada, and most international countries. Because most of our products are shipped via UPS or FedEx, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

How much does shipping cost?

Wayne Anthony shipping charges varies based on item size, weight, as well as your location. If additional shipping charges will apply, you will see this on the product pages and the specific charges outlined in the order summary in your cart.

Shipping and Processing Times

Orders are usually fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F) of purchase. Processing time for custom/handmade and pre-order pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Expedited Shipping Exceptions

We only offer expedited shipping within the continental United States. We cannot expedite orders to Alaska, Hawaii addresses. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. We cannot be responsible for weather delays. Please note: expedited shipping does not change processing time for personalized pieces and other pre-order items.

Do you ship to Canada?

Many of our products also ship to Canada. Duty, tax and shipping will be calculated in your shopping cart for a seamless checkout process. Feel free to call us at 678 791-3985 or contact us with any questions you may have.


The average delivery times posted on our website are for orders shipping within the contiguous United States. Most orders shipping to Canada will have increased transit time due to customs inspection and further distance from the supplier distribution centers. Please note that we do not currently offer expedited shipping to Canadian addresses.

Taxes & Duties

Taxes, duty and brokerage fees are paid at the time of purchase for all orders shipping to Canada. Let us handle all the paperwork. Additionally, GST and, where applicable, HST will be remitted for you to the Canadian government to further simplify your shopping experience. We collect and remit HST for the provinces of Ontario, British Columbia, and the Maritime provinces. Please note select postal codes are designated as remote locations, and may also require additional shipping fees.

What if I want to return an item?

Our goal is always your satisfaction. Return eligibility is listed in the details section for each item. If an item is eligible for a return or cancellation, we aim to be simple, clear and direct about how you can work with us to return an item. However, we sell many items that are final sale and cannot be returned. If there is ever anything wrong with your order, please contact Customer Care and we will work with you to make it right.   • All products on our sites are subject to safety and testing standards as required by the United States and may not be certified for use outside the United States.
  • All dates are shown in Month/Day/Year format (e.g. 5/4/2008 = May 4, 2008).

Tracking Your Order

Wayne Anthony will send you an email when your order is confirmed and another when it ships. Also, you can check the status of your order at any time by logging into the "My Orders" tab under the "My Account" section of the website (new orders will show up overnight on your account). Once your order has been shipped, the carrier tracking number will appear in your order history.

How will my order ship?

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Each product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method. For more information on a particular ship method, please see the corresponding description below.

Small to Mid size Parcel (FedEx/UPS)

  • Estimated Transit Time: 7-15 business days (US), 7-20 business days (Canada)
  • We do not require a signature for delivery, but the decision to leave a package without a signature is ultimately up to the discretion of the delivery team.
  • Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes or Military APOs, and Canadian orders will be delivered by Purolator.

When will I receive my Delivery?

You will find "Estimated Delivery Dates" provided on each product page, and your order confirmation email. When we ship all or part of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email; follow that carrier tracking information for a more specific delivery date. We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

What if I didn't receive my entire order?

If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. You can check each item's status on the 'My Orders' tab under the 'My Account' section of the website. As always, please contact Customer Care with any questions or concerns.

What if I have any problem with an item on my order?

Never hesitate to contact Customer Care with any questions or concerns. Please see our Customer Care Policy below for further detail on all cancellations, returns, and receiving replacements for damaged items.


We do not advise shipping to a hotel or through a freight forwarder.

If you decide to ship to a hotel, we recommend contacting the hotel management to get information on their policies regarding receiving guest mail.

If you are using a freight forwarder, we are not responsible for damages or otherwise after it is delivered to your forwarder. We encourage you to use a company you trust and can rely on to deliver your items accurately and in good condition.
