Once your order has been dispatched, WayneAnthony.com accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted (including the rare case of your package not arriving), WayneAnthony.com is not liable as we have no control once it is with the postal service. In this instance, please contact your local postal service with the tracking number that was provided when the package was shipped.

Unfortunately, we are not able to give any refunds or resend orders in these circumstances. While we will do all, we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, WayneAnthony.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.

Short answer: We’ll try! Long answer: As long as your order hasn’t been shipped, we should be able to cancel it. Please contact us at hello@wayneanthony to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.

When a customer places an order on our site, there is a pending authorization/“pending hold” on the account. We do not charge our customers until their order has shipped. If your order is cancelled, the pending authorization on your account for the amount of your order will drop, releasing those funds back into your available account balance within 2-7 business days.

Returning your order on WayneAnthony.com is quick and simple.

WayneAnthony.com wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 7-10 business days.

You cannot return items that were personalized/monogrammed, handmade, swimwear, jewelry, free gifts, promotional items with retail value, purchased longer than 14 days ago, or marked as final sale or no-return. There's a 10% restocking fee for all orders. Restocking fee will be deducted once return has been processed.

The item(s) must be sent back in new and unused condition, store tags attached to merchandise and original packaging. If an item is returned in any of the conditions mentioned above the item(s) will be sent back to you at your expense.

You may use your own method of shipping and you are responsible for postage/insurance. We strongly suggest you add insurance for tracking purposes in case of a lost or stolen package. Orders shipped which are refused by the customer and restocked for reasons not pertaining to WayneAnthony.com, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of merchandise value. This fee, as well as the shipments handling/ delivery charge will be deducted from the corresponding credit.
