Method and Transit Times

  • USPS standard / 7-10 business days
  • UPS ground / 4-7 business days
  • UPS second day air / 2 business days
  • UPS next day air / 1 business day
  • International / options will vary-find out at checkout

Some Notes!

  • All products take 3-5 business days to process.
  • Personalized and handmade items take 5-7 days to process.
  • Orders placed after 7 am CST on Friday will process the following Monday.
  • The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day.
  • We're not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays or lost items.
  • Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded.
  • UPS does not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes-a valid street address is required!


Once your order has been dispatched, WayneAnthony.com accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted (including the rare case of your package not arriving), WayneAnthony.com is not liable as we have no control once it is with the postal service. In this instance, please contact your local postal service with the tracking number that was provided when the package was shipped.


Unfortunately, we are not able to give any refunds or resend orders in these circumstances. While we will do all, we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, WayneAnthony.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.
